Whether you’re planning a birthday party, corporate event, or special celebration, Beverage Bunker has everything you need to ensure your event is a success. Customize your group package to fit your needs and let us help you make your event one to remember!

Room Rental Fee *Basic 2-4 hours:

*Cleaning Fee $175.00 | 2-Hour Minimum

$75-$100 per hour (up to 20 people) 
$100-$155 per hour (up to 50 people) 
$150-$200 per hour (50+ people)   
Maximum Occupancy Varies per room.

Additional Fees:

Staff Labor       $37.50 per hour/per staff member needed (i.e., $55 for 2 persons)
Table                  $9 ea
Linen Fee          $9 ea
Chair                  $2 ea
Glasses              $1 ea

Tear down & Furniture moving: $65.00/per person, x per hour

Deposit Requirements | Cancellations Terms & Conditions:

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at least 10 days before your scheduled event, and the agreed-upon rental rate is due in full on the event day.

Cancellation Notice must be given at least 72 hours before the scheduled event date; however, please note that the deposit ($150) is non-refundable. Holiday Wine Cellar (Beverage Bunker) is not responsible for other vendors that have been contracted. 

Please be aware that our rooms are not ADA-compatible and do not have an elevator.

Holiday Wine Cellar (Beverage Bunker) has 3 public restrooms available.

Holiday Wine Cellar (Beverage Bunker) is not responsible for any catering or any allergies that arise (food or otherwise). Please be aware that Holiday Wine Cellar & Beverage Bunker is not liable for any incidentals with catering, outside rental services, or independent contractors. This includes any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event.

Do’s and Don’ts:

No confetti, no modifications to any electrical, open flame upon approval only prior to event Birthday candles. No Hard Alcohol.
